Rename Good Friday????

In Iowa they are trying to re-name Good Friday "Spring Holiday". It was thrown out and it wasn't renamed but WTF??? They don't want to offend anyone...I believe that is offensive in its own right. What if Christians tried to rename Passover or Hanukah? What is the world coming to? In similar news a Texas University has the words "our Lord" in the diplomas they give out. They want those words taken out because again it may be offensive to some people. I don't go to church but I believe in God. I believe in a Christian God. This makes no sense whatsoever...why aren't we doing anything with other religions? Let's try!
